ARTWORK: Our preference is to have artwork supplied in a vector format. The most common vector files are Adobe Illustrator (ai), Photoshop (eps) and Corel Draw (cdr). Other image files such as gif, jpeg, bmp or tiff can be used.

DIGITISING: Digitisation is the process of converting artwork into digital commands to create an embroidery format that can then be read by an embroidery machine. Digitisation costs are based on the complexity of the design. Costs for this service are available on receipt of artwork and are not charged on subsequent repeat orders.

EMBROIDERY TEXT: Where applicable, all monogramming and company logos are applied to the left chest unless otherwise stated. The minimum size for text is 5mm high. Ideally the height should 8-10mm. An uppercase sans serif font is advised to eliminate narrow areas.

PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required when an order is received and cost agreed. The remainder being due when sample / e-mail is approved and before delivery. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or cheque (made payable to Kokopellia).

Prices do not include VAT or carriage. There is a minimum order cost of £25 excluding VAT & carriage.
